The 24th Joint Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation between Bulgaria and Vietnam was held with the joint chairmanship of the two countries. The Commission summarised the significant progress in relations between the two countries in various fields and stressed the importance of strengthening economic and trade ties.
The InvestBulgaria Agency (IBA) took an active part in the 24th Joint Commission for Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation between Bulgaria and Vietnam. Through their presence and engagement, Executive Director Mila Nenova and Secretary General Julian Balchev supported the efforts to promote investment and the development of business ties between the two countries.
During the forum, a seminar on “Cooperation in the fields of trade and investment between Vietnam and Bulgaria” was held. During the seminar, the Secretary General of IBA, Julian Balchev, made a presentation on the investment climate in the country and the incentive measures that the agency provides to foreign and Bulgarian investors.
During the meeting, various aspects of the cooperation between Bulgaria and Vietnam were discussed, including trade, investment, technology and research. The two sides shared experiences and best practices in these areas and agreed on additional measures to strengthen cooperation. The importance of the partnership in the field of education, science and tourism between Bulgaria and Vietnam was also among the highlights of the meeting.
As a result of the meeting, several agreements and memorandums of cooperation were signed between institutions and business communities from both countries. These agreements represent an important step towards closer ties between Bulgaria and Vietnam and are expected to contribute to the development of the economies of both countries.
