The Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) in partnership with the Argentine Chamber of Commerce and Services organized a virtual meeting entitled “Bulgaria-Argentina: opportunities for cooperation”.
The purpose of the meeting was to present the business climate in the two countries, identify investment opportunities, identify potential sectors for cooperation and exchange valuable information on the management and protection of intellectual property assets of small and medium-sized enterprises seeking to enter the Latin American market.
Ms. Mila Nenova, Executive Director of IBA, presented a detailed presentation highlighting the business incentives and the attractive economic climate in Bulgaria. She underlined the country’s efforts to create a favorable environment for investment, focusing on tax incentives, support for innovation and the stability of the economic system.
Argentina, which is one of Latin America’s leading economies, is known for its significant exports of grains, flour, hides and skins, meat and wool. The country has a diversified economy with developed sectors such as textiles, food processing, engineering, and petroleum.
It became clear from the meeting that Bulgaria’s exports to Argentina are products such as mineral and chemical nitrogen fertilizers, medical equipment, enzymes and plastic packaging, demonstrating the diversity and potential for expanding trade relations.
