Menda Stoyanova is currently Vice Chairman of the National Assembly. Prior to joining the Parliament she was Chairwoman of the Parliamentary Committee on Budget and Finance and manager at TaxConsult, a tax consulting company. Her work experience also includes positions such as Director of "Appeal and Performance Management" – Plovdiv, Director at the National Revenue Agency’s office in Plovdiv and Senior Expert at the Territorial Tax Head Office – Plovdiv. Ms. Stoyanova holds a Masters Degree in Economics from the University of National and World Economy in Bulgaria.
In 2002 Delian Dobrev received a degree in economics from the Wesleyan University, Middletown, Connecticut, USA. He specialized in accounting and finance at the London School of Economics and Political Science (University of London). Mr. Dobrev is an expert in the management of European projects, financial and tax law. He began his career at KPMG consulting company in Toronto, Canada and Newton Finance Management Group - Sofia, Bulgaria. On his return to Bulgaria, Mr. Dobrev worked for the district government in Haskovo Region and as a project manager of EU funded projects at the Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency, Haskovo Regional Court, Alliance for Regional Cooperation and Development, etc. Before his appointment for a deputy minister, he was a Member of Parliament, a member of the Budgeting and Finance committee and the committee on Economic Policy, Economy and Tourism with the Parliament, where he was elected Deputy Chairman. Appointed Deputy Minister on 18 May 2011 untill 21 March 2012 when he is elected for Minister of Economy, Energy and Turism.
M. Borislav Stefanov est Directeur Exécutif de l’Agence bulgare d'investissement depuis le début de l’année 2010. Précédemment, il travaillait dans le bureau à Moscou de Boston Consulting Group, où il a participé dans différents projets en Russie, Europe centrale, Europe de l’Est et en Inde dans le domaine de l’automobile, les télécommunications, le tourisme et les biens de consommation. Il a aussi travaillé en tant que Directeur Commercial pour l’Image de Lada et comme Customer Process Manager pour le Centre logistique régional de Daimler Chrysler à Dubaï. M. Stefanov possède un Diplôme supérieur en Administration des Affaires auprès de l’Université Américaine en Bulgarie, une Maîtrise des Arts en Management International de Regents College à Londre, et une Maîtrise en Administration des Affaires de Harvard Business School à Boston.
Evgeny Angelov holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from London Guildhall University. From 1995 to 2003, Angelov worked for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development where he held a number of positions and was responsible for structuring, negotiating and executing debt and equity transactions in the financial services, pharmaceutical, cement, real estate and chemical industries in ten Central and Eastern European countries. Between 2005 and 2008, Angelov was Director at Trigranit Development Corporation, a leading real estate development company in Central and Eastern Europe. In 2008, he founded Attria Capital Partners, a private equity fund focused on Southeast Europe. Angelov was also the founder and CEO of New Energy Partners, a renewable energy development company and was Member of the Board of the Harvard Club of Bulgaria.
Irina Beleva holds a Master’s Degree in International Economic Relations form the University of National and World Economy in Sofia. Currently, Ms. Beleva is Consul General at Consulate General of Republic of Bulgaria in Shanghai. Her work experience also includes positions like Department Manager in a foreign trade corporation and foreign representative office in Shenyang and Beijing, People’s Republic of China. Prior to her current position Irina Beleva was General Manager of a private company in Republic of Bulgaria. She also speaks fluent Chinese, English and Russian.
Zhang Dangsheng (Helena) currently serves as Chairman at four companies which refer to Travel and Culture Affairs of America in Shanghai. She is also General Manager at Ancai Jewelry Co., Ltd. In addition to that, she holds 25% of Zhejiang, Yiwu city the Culture Tourism Development Corporation. Ms. Dansheng also worked as Operation General Manager at Shanghai Eastern Airlines International Tourism Transport Co., Ltd. In June 2007, she became the honorary president of Thailand Confucius philosophy association and China-Thailand traditional ethical culture association. Helena graduated from Shanghai School of Chinese acupuncture (TCM acupuncture).
Ivan Totev graduates from the Technical University of Sofia, specializing in Computer Systems and Technologies. He also holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Plovdiv University “Paisii Hilendarski”. Currently, Mr. Totev is mayor of Plovdiv city. Prior to this position, he was governor of Plovdiv region. From 2004 to 2007 he works as Director of Technical Affairs at hotel resorts. In the period 2001-2004 he was Project Manager at a software development and trading company. Since 2006 he is member of the “Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria” Association.
Valeri Andreev is CEO at National Company Industrial Zones. Prior to this position he was Manager at Valand Ltd Ruse. His working experience also includes positions such as Director at Municipal Enterprise Industrial Park Ruse, Deputy Mayor at Ruse Municipality, Deputy Director at Ruse Free Zone and Constructor at Rubolt. Mr. Andreev specialized in Economy, Commercial Law and Foreign Economic Activity Operating from the Institute for Postgraduate Studies at University of National and World Economy in Sofia. He also graduated from the University of Ruse, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Computer Technology. Valeri Andreev is also Chairman of Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry and President of the Volleyball Club “Dunay” in Ruse.
Julian Edwards joined Tishman International Companies more than 28 years ago and is currently the Managing Director of Tishman’s European operations. Prior to joining Tishman International Companies, he worked for Land Securities PLC, one of Europe's largest quoted property companies where he was a manager of a € 4 billion central London commercial and residential portfolio.
Julian Edwards is a Freeman of the City of London, a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Painter Stainers and has undertaken numerous charitable activities.
Violetta P. Kunze is currently Lawyer at Djingov, Gouginski, Kyutchukov & Velichkov. She graduated from University of Sofia, Faculty of Law. She also holds Diploma, Academy of American and International Law, Dallas, Texas. Her practice areas include telecommunications, general corporate, M&A, privatization, joint ventures, infrastructure & transport, litigation, workouts & insolvency. She starts her carrier as an Intern and Junior Associate at Borislav Dimitrov Legal Office. Later she becomes Law clerk (Commercial Department) at Sofia City Court. Her positions also include In-house Legal Counsel at Interlease AD, Intern at the World Bank/FC Representative Office and Secondee at a leading German law firm.
Rossen Ivanov is a co-founder and a Managing Partner at Entrea Capital, an independent M&A and corporate finance advisory firm in Bulgaria. Entrea Capital is exclusive representative for Bulgaria of M&A International, the world’s leading M&A alliance. Prior to establishing Entrea Capital, Rossen Ivanov worked at McKinsey & Co. in New Jersey/New York, where he focused on consumer goods, industrial and private equity clients. Prior to McKinsey, he worked as an investment associate at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, based in London, where he was responsible for structuring debt and equity investments across Eastern Europe. Rossen started his career at Procter & Gamble Balkan Markets in Bucharest, where he was responsible for evaluating new product launches across South-East Europe for P&G’s largest product category. He holds an MBA degree from the Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from the American University in Bulgaria.
