Conversation with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Sweden, H.E. Katarina Ragnit and the Executive Director, Mila Nenova, took place in the office of the InvestBulgaria Agency (IBA). Ms. Ragnit congratulated the work of the state institutions for the record levels of foreign direct investments, which for the period from January to November have reached nearly 7 billion. left. 

During the meeting, Ms. Nenova presented the incentive measures under the Investment Promotion Act (IPA) provided by the state and how the agency can assist in the opening of new investment projects. Future opportunities for organizing events and initiatives of mutual interest in order to promote bilateral economic relations were also discussed.  

Another significant achievement was emphasized – the extremely high level of higher education among women in Bulgaria in the fields of production and engineering. They are characterized by strong competitiveness on the labor market and successfully occupy managerial positions.
