he Secretary General of the  InvestBulgaria Agency, Mr. Julian Balchev, took part in the Bulgarian-Indian Business Forum organized by the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Embassy of India, and the Federation of Indian Export Organizations (FIEO).

During the event, Mr. Balchev presented the investment opportunities in Bulgaria and emphasized the Agency’s commitment to promoting bilateral economic cooperation. He highlighted the key advantages of our country as an investment destination – strategic location, competitive costs, skilled workforce and access to European markets.

The forum brought together over 40 Bulgarian and Indian companies in various sectors – from mechanical engineering and pharmaceuticals to food and textiles – and provided an opportunity for direct business meetings and partnerships.

The BIA’s participation in the event is another step towards expanding economic ties with India and attracting new strategic investments to the country.
