InvestBulgaria Agency (IBA) has today awarded a Class “A” Investment Certificate to De 5 Studio Ltd for the implementation of the project “Kave Home Warehouse Facility”, which will be carried out in the village of Gurmazovo, Bozhurishte Industrial Zone.

The investment project envisions the construction of a modern logistics base for the storage and handling of third-party conventional goods and cargo. Its implementation will significantly contribute to the optimization of logistics processes and the improvement of logistics services in the region, creating favorable conditions for the more efficient development of the business ecosystem in the Sofia area.

The total value of the investment amounts to BGN 8.1 million, and as a result of the project’s execution, four new jobs will be created.

The certificate was presented by Mrs. Mila Nenova, Executive Director of InvestBulgaria Agency, to Mr. Yordan Genov, Manager of De 5 Studio Ltd.
