As part of the first day of its visit to Shanghai, InvestBulgaria Agency (IBA) delegation held meetings with leading international companies engaged in innovation, sustainable production, and strategic industries.

Meeting with Unison

The IBA delegation was welcomed at Unison’s production facility in Shanghai by Mr. Luo Shibing, President of the company, Mr. Xiang Hongliang, Bulgarian HR Manager, and Ms. Dai Si from the Human Resources team.

During the visit, the delegation toured the production lines for aluminum components and parts used in the automotive industry, including for leading brands such as Tesla. The company presented its investment plans in Bulgaria, where a project for the construction of a new production unit is already underway in the Plovdiv region.

This high value-added investment will create a significant number of new jobs in the area, further strengthening Bulgaria’s position on the map of innovative industrial manufacturing in Europe.
