Acting Executive Director of the Invest Bulgaria Agency (IBA), Angel Ivanov, held a working meeting with H.E. Tsovinar Hambardzumyan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Bulgaria.

The discussion focused on opportunities for strengthening bilateral economic cooperation, promoting trade relations and encouraging investments between Bulgaria and Armenia. Particular attention was given to the potential for developing partnerships in sectors with high added value, as well as to the exchange of information regarding the business environment and investment opportunities in both countries.

During the meeting, Mr. Ivanov presented the services and support measures offered by the Invest Bulgaria Agency to foreign investors and highlighted Bulgaria’s competitive advantages as an investment destination.

The two sides expressed their readiness to continue the active dialogue and to work jointly towards expanding economic relations and encouraging business contacts between Bulgarian and Armenian companies.

The meeting reaffirmed the mutual commitment to strengthening economic ties and creating new opportunities for cooperation between the business communities of Bulgaria and Armenia.
