Mr. Angel Ivanov, Acting Executive Director,of Invest Bulgaria Agency, presented a Class A investment certificate to Mr. Nikola Gagov, Managing Director of Niko-99-ES Ltd., for the investment project “Construction of a Warehouse and Logistics Base in Sofia-Bozhurishte Industrial Park.”

The project envisages the construction of a modern warehouse and logistics base for the storage and handling of foreign goods and cargo, located in the village of Gurmazovo, within the territory of Sofia–Bozhurishte Industrial Park.

The total value of the investment amounts to BGN 3 million (approximately EUR 1.53 million). The implementation of the project will create new jobs, contributing to the economic development of the region.

Through the realization of this investment, the company aims to respond to the growing demand for logistics and warehousing solutions, driven by the dynamically developing business environment and increased investor interest in the region. The new facility will contribute to improved business connectivity, optimization of logistics processes, and the sustainable development of the industrial zone.

The project is yet another confirmation of the importance of logistics infrastructure as a key element of the investment ecosystem and the role of Bozhurishte Industrial Zone as an attractive hub for new investments.

During the certification process, experts from Invest Bulgaria Agency team took an active role, working in close cooperation with the investor to ensure the timely and successful completion of the procedure.
