Invest Bulgaria Agency (IBA) took part in the Regional Business Conference organized by Leader.BG, held on March 26, 2026, at the “Stara Zagora” Cultural Center.

The forum brought together representatives of the business community, local authorities, and experts, focusing on key topics such as innovation, investment, and regional development.

IBA was represented by Acting Executive Director Angel Ivanov, who participated in the panel dedicated to investments.

During the discussion, Mr. Ivanov addressed topics related to the current investment landscape in Bulgaria, the advantages of the Stara Zagora region as an investment destination, the support instruments available to investors through Invest Bulgaria Agency, and the impact of global trends on the country’s investment environment.

In his remarks, he emphasized the importance of active partnership between the state, local authorities, and businesses in improving the investment climate, as well as the role of IBA in attracting and supporting investments in Bulgaria.

The Agency’s participation in the conference is part of its ongoing efforts to promote regional economic development and position Bulgaria as a competitive investment destination.

This event marks another joint participation of IBA in Leader.BG’s regional business conferences. For the second consecutive year, the Agency supports the initiative aimed at creating a platform for dialogue and cooperation between businesses and institutions across the country.
