Acting Executive Director of the Invest Bulgaria Agency (IBA), Angel Ivanov, participated in a panel discussion held within the framework of Green Transition Forum 6.0, one of the leading platforms for dialogue on economic transformation, sustainable development and competitiveness in the region.

The discussion brought together representatives of institutions, businesses, financial organizations and experts to examine the challenges and opportunities facing the economy in the context of the green transition and technological transformation.

During the forum, participants discussed the importance of innovation, investment and human capital for strengthening the competitiveness of businesses and regions. Special attention was given to the role of institutions in creating a favourable investment environment and supporting sustainable economic growth.

Mr. Ivanov highlighted the Invest Bulgaria Agency’s efforts to attract investments, support innovative projects and promote Bulgaria as a competitive destination for high value-added industries.

The participants emphasized that successful economic transformation requires close cooperation between businesses, public institutions, academia and local authorities in order to create conditions for sustainable growth, innovation and long-term competitiveness.

Green Transition Forum 6.0 once again confirmed its role as a key platform for exchanging ideas, sharing best practices and building partnerships in support of the region’s economic development.
