Mila Nenova, Executive Director of InvestBulgaria Agency (IBA) awarded a Class A certificate to Dr. Hristo Yakimov, Manager of the University Hospital “Deva Maria” for the investment project “Expansion of an existing Medical Center “DEVA MARIA” EOOD in Burgas.  

The investment project aims to build a new diagnostic and consultative center to cover the needs of patients in the territory of Burgas Municipality. Its implementation will offer professional, quality and affordable healthcare, will provide various specialists, as well as more general practitioners for the population in the region. It is envisaged the implementation of innovative equipment for diagnostics and treatment, which will enable to increase the quality of service. The development of the facilities will support the development of the staff potential, as well as the partnership with other medical institutions to help the patient.  

The company intends to build a modern building with 14 offices for general practitioners, 14 offices for doctors of various specialties and beds for monitoring patients within 24 hours.  

The amount of the investment amounts to BGN 5 900 000. It is expected to create 50 new work positions. 

Mr. Yakimov pointed out that the medical center will strive to offer personalized medicine and an individual approach to patients.
