The InvestBulgaria Agency (IBA) has awarded a Class A Investment Certificate to “Krez” Ltd for the project “Balneosanatorium and Rehabilitation Center – Strelcha.”
The investment project provides for the modernization of the former “Balneosanatorium” facility in the town of Strelcha, Pazardzhik region, with the aim of restoring and upgrading the complex to meet modern standards in balneology and rehabilitation.
With a total investment of BGN 4.8 million, the project includes a full renovation of the building infrastructure, the development of new facilities, and the implementation of advanced technologies for physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and recovery. The realization of the project is expected to create 40 new jobs, contributing to the region’s economic growth and positioning Strelcha as an attractive destination for health and spa tourism.
The meeting, during which the certificate was officially presented, was attended by Mrs. Valentina Kaitazova, Governor of the Pazardzhik Region, who expressed her support for the project and emphasized its importance for regional development.
The certificate was formally handed over by Mrs. Mila Nenova, Executive Director of the InvestBulgaria Agency, to Mr. Kostadin Toshev, owner of “Krez” Ltd.
During the meeting, participants agreed that caring for both a healthy mind and body is essential not only for individuals but also for the sustainable development of communities and regions.
Mrs. Nenova emphasized that investments of this kind combine economic growth with social benefit and encourage the advancement of high-quality health and spa tourism in Bulgaria.
