INVESTBULGARIA AGENCY HELD AN INVESTMENT FORUM IN ROME, ITALY

On June 28, 2022, at the “LUISS Guido Carli” University, Rome, Italy, an international forum was held in connection with the implementation of the project “Promoting of Bulgaria as a successful investment destination” under the Operational Program “Innovations and Competitiveness” 2014-2020.

“Today we are laying the foundation for the new direction of development of InvestBulgaria Agency (IBA), namely that IBA will be the driving factor for attracting investments to Bulgaria, guaranteeing them a new and proactive approach in which we can achieve more close to investors, to build strategic partnerships. On the other hand, all this gives us the opportunity to understand the model of each investor faster and to be able to create strategic partnerships between the existing ecosystem in Bulgaria as well”, said Bogdan Bogdanov, executive director of IBA.

On the Forum were presented the conditions and opportunities for investing, starting and developing a business in Bulgaria, as well as the confirmation of our country as a successful investment destination to representatives of Italian business during a business and investment forum, on the topic: “Promoting of Bulgaria as a successful investment destination”, organized by IBA. The purpose of the forum is for our country to improve its performance among the investment community worldwide, as a good place for the development of a successful business.

The financing of the public procurement is provided on the basis of project No. BG16RFOP002-2.006-002 “Promoting of Bulgaria as a successful investment destination”, under an administrative contract for the provision of grant-in-aid with the Managing Authority of the Operational Program “Innovations and Competitiveness” 2014-2020, Priority axis 2 “Entrepreneurship and growth capacity of SMEs”, procedure through direct provision – BG16RFOP002-2.006 ” Positioning Bulgaria as known and preferred investment destination by supporting the activities of IBA”.
